New APNU Member of Parliament Ms. Rennita Lolita Williams hails from region 1

The Leader of the Opposition and Chairman of APNU, Hon. David A. Granger, MP, the Executive Council and the members of APNU welcomed the new Region No. 1 (Barima-Waini) MP, Ms. Rennita Lolita Williams. Ms. Williama who hails from Santa Rosa, Moruca in Region No. 1 replaced MP Mr. Richard who who resigned on Tuesday, days after he collapsed in the National Assembly.

Ms. Williams, who enjoyed a hearty welcome from all sides of the National Assembly, immediately got to work on the current budget up for consideration.
