Guyanese born Sharon Clarke is Brooklyn's newest Civil Court Judge. On Tuesday September 09, 2014 she won with over 53% of the votes after the Brooklyn residents rallied behind her.

Back in July, Clarke collected the required signatures to become a Civil Court Judge and led a strong campaign that enabled her to win in the September elections.

Baltimore Customs and Border Protection Finds Destructive Pest in Rice Shipment

CBP agriculture specialists discover 40 dead Khapra Beetle larvae on Pakistan rice

BALTIMORE— U.S. Customs and Border Protection agriculture specialists at the port of Baltimore discovered that a shipment of rice from Pakistan was infested with Khapra Beetle larvae on Wednesday.  The CBP agriculture specialists did not find any live larvae but immediately collected specimens of the dead larvae and sealed the container.

We have contacted Marriott Hotel corporate division and their response was:
