Guyanese Dr. Ivelaw Lloyd Griffith, one of the world’s leading scholars on Caribbean defense and security issues has been announced as a recipient of the 2015 William J. Perry Award for Excellence in Security and Defense Education.

Dr. Griffith will be recognized at a ceremony on December 15, 2015, at 2:30 pm at the Perry Center, Fort McNair, Washington DC.
